1. Compliance with Rental Laws

All rental agreements listed on this website are subject to applicable local, state, and national landlord-tenant laws. These laws govern the rights and responsibilities of both landlords and tenants, including but not limited to security deposits, habitability standards, notice requirements, and eviction procedures.

By using this website and/or entering into a rental agreement, tenants and landlords agree to comply with all relevant legal requirements in the jurisdiction where the property is located.

Nothing on this website overrides or replaces applicable legal statutes. In the event of a conflict between a rental agreement and governing law, applicable law shall prevail.

2. Month-to-Month Rental Agreements

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all rooms and rental units listed on this platform are offered on a month-to-month, daily & weekly tenancy basis.

A month-to-month rental agreement means:

  • No fixed long-term lease term is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing
  • All standard rental terms (including rent amount, rules, and responsibilities) continue to apply while the tenancy is active

3. Tenant & Landlord Responsibilities

Both parties agree to maintain the property in accordance with local housing standards, including cleanliness, safety, and proper use of the premises. Tenants agree not to engage in illegal activity or conduct that interferes with the rights of other occupants.

4. Termination of Tenancy

Either party may terminate a month-to-month, weekly or daily tenancy by providing written notice within the legally required notice period for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Upon termination, the tenant agrees to vacate the premises and return possession of the property in accordance with the agreement.
